Haoworks Purchase & Return Policy

About Knife Purchases

  • Japan & USA Orders: We currently ship only to addresses within Japan and the United States. All orders are shipped via UPS or EMS.
  • International Purchases: If you are located outside Japan or the USA, please purchase from our authorized dealers. If your authorized dealer is out of stock and we have inventory, you may contact us at haoworksdesign@gmail.com, and we will consider purchase options on a case-by-case basis.

Order Shipping

  • Free Shipping for Orders Over $100 in Japan & USA: All orders of $100 or more qualify for free UPS or EMS shipping.
  • Orders Under $100: For orders under $100, shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout. A small handling fee is included to cover packaging and fulfillment costs.

Return Policy

International Orders

We do not accept returns on international orders due to the high cost and risk of loss during return shipping. Therefore, all international orders are final sales and non-refundable.

Orders Purchased from Authorized Dealers

If you purchased your order from one of our authorized dealers, we do not accept returns. Please contact your dealer directly to process your return according to their return policy.

Orders Purchased from the Haoworks Official Website

Unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g., leather goods), we offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days after the carrier marks your package as "delivered" to request a return.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, and meet the following criteria:
✅ The knife must not be used (it must not be carried, placed in a pocket, or inserted into a sheath).
✅ The blade must remain unused with no cutting marks.
✅ The handle material must be free from stains, and the metal parts must have no scratches.
✅ The knife and packaging must be undamaged.

💡 You may open the package to inspect the item, but the usage must not exceed this limit if you wish to request a return.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us at haoworksdesign@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return address and detailed instructions. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Important Notes:
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method, with the original shipping cost deducted. The refund is expected to be processed within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process the refund.
