2. Purchase Eligibility

3. Orders & Payments

  • Order Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. However, the order is only considered valid upon shipment.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, PayPal, and other applicable payment methods, with all transactions processed through a secure payment gateway.
  • Order Cancellation: Haoworks reserves the right to reject or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases of insufficient stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are displayed in USD ($) or JPY (¥) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping fees.
  • Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties, or other applicable taxes, which are determined by your local customs authorities. Haoworks is not responsible for these charges.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within Japan and the USA using UPS or EMS.
  • Free Shipping Policy: Orders over $100 (or equivalent in JPY) qualify for free shipping.
  • Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-7 business days, with transit times depending on the carrier and destination.
  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor delivery progress.

6. Returns & Refunds Policy

International Orders (Outside Japan & USA)

Haoworks does not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to high return costs and potential loss risks. All international orders are final sales.

Orders from Authorized Dealers

If you purchased your order from an authorized Haoworks dealer, please contact the dealer directly for returns, as we do not process returns for non-official purchases.

Haoworks Official Website Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated (e.g., leather goods, etc.), we offer a 7-day return policy:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the order being marked as "delivered" by the carrier.
  • The item must remain in brand-new, unused condition, including all original packaging, and must meet the following criteria:
    ✅ The knife must not be used, carried in a sheath, or placed in a pocket.
    ✅ The blade must not show any signs of use or cutting.
    ✅ The handle must be free of stains, and the metal must be free of scratches.
    ✅ The knife and packaging must be undamaged and in original condition.

💡 You may remove the knife from the packaging for inspection, but any use beyond this will void the return eligibility.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at haoworksdesign@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.

📌 Important Notes:
❌ Unauthorized returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
❌ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • If approved, the refund (excluding the original shipping cost) will be processed within 10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us.

  • When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information and ensure it is kept current.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
